Community Planners & HOAs
Community Planners has served Home Owner Associations (HOAs) – condominiums, cooperatives, and planned unit developments – from the beginning of company operations in 2002.
Back in 2002, we found HOA volunteer boards struggling with daunting planning, management, and fiduciary tasks/responsibilities. This was exacerbated by the lack of tools HOAs had developed for providing transparency and accountability in their business operations.
While the past ten years have seen mammoth cultural, technological, and economic changes in how HOAs function, these responsibilities remain as important as ever.
Helping communities come to terms with planning and capital improvement tasks in ways that provide accountability, transparency, information – and ultimately, value – is the space in the marketplace Community Planners fills.
This is validated by our body of work. Since 2002, Community Planners has provided $20 million in Project Planning, Project Bidding, and Project Management consulting services to HOAs; and, provided Facility Plans and Reserve Studies for over eighty (80) communities.
